Skilling Pastors
As Deliverance for Christ’s Glory International Ministries, we discovered that there is a lot of poverty among church members and this is attributed to lack of employable skill among their leaders whom they see as their icon.
There are many causes of poverty among pastors and church leaders and members which include, illiteracy, ignorance, unemployment, full time ministry, indoctrination, lack of employable skills among others.
DCG Skilling came in to skill pastors and church leaders who would equip their members with hands on employable skills.
Being that the founder is also a pastor he went through a lot of financial huddles in ministry and he conceived a burden to design a skilling program specifically for churches.
DCG skilling does this through holding conferences, church services, workshops etc
This program has solved the following problems in church such as Idleness, gender-based violence, poverty, baggers, among others.
