About the founder
Deliverance for Christ’s glory international ministries is an indigenous NGO of file No MIA/NB/2023/01/5503 located in Maganjo Nansana municipality, Uganda. It has a holistic vision to improve the wellbeing of people spiritually, socially and economically. DCG is religious focused nonprofit organisation that aims to improve, empowers and transform peoples lives economically through employable skill acquisition for wellbeing.
DCG was founded by Pastor Moses Blessed Mutabaganya and his wife Joyliz Mutabaganya and other innovative and creative members. Pastor Moses Blessed was born and grew up in Maganjo and that is where the organisation located.
More About the Founder
Having born in a very poor family, he paid his school fees right from primary three and stopped after finishing senior four because of poverty. He did very many kinds of Casual work to survive and through that He also learnt many skills later he went back for further studies at Makerere university and did bachelor of arts in social sciences.
He conceived the vision of DCG skilling while doing pastoral ministry where by very many people were very poor, secondary they were asking money and many other essential needs which he and the ministry couldn’t afford and in quest for the solution he conceived an ideal of preaching the gospel along with offering different employable skills. He used the different skills he had attained, also learnt others and also shared the dream with many other people who had different employable skills to join him to eradicate extreme poverty by empowering people with hands of skill in a local setting and cost effective.
He started doing this at church premises and every where they invited him to preach. After preaching, conference or seminar he also teach them some skills. Since he started this in 2010 he has impacted very many peoples lives with different skills like saop making, jelly making, fashion and design, and many others. And very many people with different skills have joined him to provide people with different skills.
Moses blessed has authored several books, founder of Glory to Glory Food Industries, founder of Deliverance for Christ’s Glory International Ministries, Singles and Deliverance Ministries and co-founder of Exclusive International Ministries.

Specific Objectives
- To plan, organize, conduct and participate in socio-economic and technological empowerment events for nurturing socio-economic, business and gender inclusion.
- To identify, select and provide sustainable formal, informal and non-formal learning and education opportunities to potential entrepreneurs for marketable, quality and functional skills enhancement and to help them start their own business enterprises and social projects.
- To provide knowledge, information and skills and facilitate the establishment of income generating projects, business and social enterprises and other related profit and non-profit organizations for reduced unemployment and poverty.
- To expose to the participants modern tools, methods, appropriate skills and technologies and to provide hands-on training.

The Skilling Program Topics
The Skilling Program Topics are categorized as follows:
- Foundation Skills: The programme enhances skills acquired through education and family life
- Technical/Vocational Skills: The programme is intended to provide a response to any deficiency or absence of reliable incomes that householders are likely to experience while, at the same time, improving their livelihoods and or standards of living. These are skills which equip someone to undertake a particular task – how to produce or repair something, or provide some kind of service.
- Professional Skills:
- Personal Development Skills: These skills consist of the attitudes, knowledge and personal attributes necessary to function in the world. These skills contribute to acquiring self- confidence and developing self-esteem, relating to other people and changing perceptions of oneself and of others.
- Handicraft Skills:
- Entrepreneurial (Micro-enterprise) Development/Management Skills: This programme provides training in a variety of marketable skills that allow unemployed and under employed persons equal opportunities to compete for jobs or to develop the skills to create a sustainable self-employment initiative. These are the skills required to succeed in running a business activity. They are also referred to as entrepreneurial competences.
